Arthur Vincent has extensive law enforcement experience commencing in 1965, during which time he served in various positions including criminal investigation and command positions. Mr. Vincent graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice in 1980. Following his retirement from law enforcement, Mr. Vincent received a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice, also from Florida International University in 1994. Mr. Vincent later received his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in 1995. After graduation, Mr. Vincent served as staff attorney for the appellate court in the 3rd District Court of Appeals, and also as a staff attorney for a Circuit Court Judge in Broward County, Florida. Mr. Vincent has successfully maintained a law practice since 1995. Mr. Vincent has been appointed as a fiduciary in numerous estates, trusts, and other matters by the Courts. He has handled extensive estate administrations as the court appointed Curator, Personal Representative, Administrator ad Litem and Attorney ad Litem. Together with Ms. Bishop, Mr. Vincent has prevailed in obtaining a million dollar verdict in a civil litigation matter. Mr. Vincent is presently a shareholder and director at Vincent & Bishop, P.A.
Danielle originally from Pennsylvania has made Florida her some since 2004 when she moved here for Law School. Danielle graduated from Dickinson College, a top tier liberal arts college located in Carlisle PA. She graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2007 with honors. While in Law School Danielle interned with the State Attorney’s office and served as a law clerk for various firms. Subsequent to Law School Danielle began her career in civil litigation at a law firm in Miami. Danielle served as SR in house counsel for JP Morgan Chase Bank for a period of approximately four years. Danielle has successfully litigated various highly contested probate and trust matters and civil cases since joining the firm in 2013. She has attended hundreds of court hearings, trials and mediations. She currently is licensed to practice law in Florida, Washington D.C., Seminole Tribal Court, and the Southern District of Florida. Danielle is known for her dedication and tenacity. She also acts as the managing attorney of the office. In her personal time Danielle enjoys cooking, reading, and outdoor activities with her husband, son and goldendoodle.
